Mr. Bollero has over 30 years senior management experience in the modular manufacturing and leasing industry including positions
at Modtech Holdings, Resun Leasing, PortaKamp Mfg, and Elder International.
Joe Reid - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Reid has over 16 years operational experience managing modular manufacturing facilities at American Modular Systems, and
Modtech Holdings.
Michael Bollero Jr. - Vice President / Sales and Marketing
Mr. Bollero Jr. has over 11 years experience in the sales and project management of custom and standard modular product at
Modtech Holdings, Williams Scotsman, and Resun Leasing.
Rich Brewer - Director of Supply Chain
Mr. Brewer has twenty five plus years of experience in the modular building industry. He has held management positions with
Modtech Holdings, Premier, Technical Space, and Markline.
Ray Schmuck - Plant Manager
Mr. Schmuck brings many years of modular manufacturing experience to the SMI team. He has held similar management roles at

Christopher Clement - Production Manager
Mr. Clement has 12 plus years experience in the modular building industry. Chris has held management roles with Modtech
